2 packages of Maria biscuits
150g of unsalted margarine
2 cans of condensed milk
2 cups of lemon juice

For the Meringue:
6 Egg Whites (7 if they are small eggs)
1 cup ¾ of Sugar (you can use impalpable for better results)
Lemon zest


Crush the Maria biscuits in the blender and then knead with the melted butter in a bowl.

Adjust the consistency to your preference by adding more butter or cookie powder. Distribute the cookie that we obtained at the bottom of the mold and compact with your hands.

Beat the lemon juice with the condensed milk until well integrated.

Now pour the resulting mixture on top of the cookie according to the amount of your preference and spread carefully.

The meringue:
-Mix Sugar, Claras and take them to a water bath for 5 minutes, moving quickly so they don’t burn.
-You’ll know they’re ready when you put your finger in and they feel hot without burning.
– Immediately afterwards, take them to the blender.
-You can decorate the Meringue as you prefer

Finally put in the fridge at least. 3 hours
