Any steak would be fine. I used thinly sliced ribeye because it was what I had.<br \/>\n1 pound of tomatillos<br \/>\n3-4 serranos<br \/>\n1 cup bacon<br \/>\n7 green onion, Cebollas Cambray<br \/>\n1 cilantro, small bunch<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves<br \/>\n1\/4 onion<br \/>\nPinch of Mexican oregano<br \/>\nPinch cumin<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\n4 cups of beef or chicken broth ( use a little at a time to get the consistency you\u2019d want)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TURN TO THE NEXT PAGE TO READ INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/consultationforyou.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/281152210_1803725383131095_6152595009254403771_n-1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Directions:<br \/>\n\u2022 boil the tomatillos and Serranos. When the tomatillos turn a pale green remove them and continue boiling the serranos until they turn a pale green also.<br \/>\n\u2022 Add the tomatillos, serranos, 2 garlic cloves, and 1\/4 onion , cumin, oregano, salt, cilantro, and a small splash of broth to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth and set aside.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u2022 In a pan add the bacon.
