Hope you all enjoy as much as I did!!!<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Shrimp fried rice<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">INGREDIENTS<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">2 tbsp. vegetable oil<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">4 cloves garlic, minced<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">2 carrots, peeled and finely chopped or 1 cup frozen carrots, defrosted<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">1 yellow onion, chopped<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">6 c. cooked jasmine rice (chilled, not warm)<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">1 c. frozen peas, defrosted<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">4 tbsp. Low sodium soy sauce<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">4 tsp. sesame oil<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">3 large egg, whisked<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">1-2 tbsp. Butter<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">2 tbsp. Sliced green onions<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">2 Chinese pork sausages, cut into tiny pieces<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Handful of fresh spinach , washed and chopped<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">sriracha, for serving<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Salt and pepper, to taste<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">***you can use any vegetables you like to enhance the flavor to your liking<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p><strong>TURN TO THE NEXT PAGE TO READ INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-3\"><!--nextpage--><\/div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/consultationforyou.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/310607600_1913458648824434_4638984647189222561_n-1.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">DIRECTIONS<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">* In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic and onion, stir for one minute. Add carrots, peas, spinach and Chinese pork sausage. Season with salt and pepper. saut\u00e9, 3 minutes, then add shrimp and cook, 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. ( I\u2019m weird with seafood so I did cook it longer but you can cook it to your liking)<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">* Stir in rice and add soy sauce and sesame oil. Saut\u00e9 for 2 more minutes.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">* In a separate pan, make eggs with butter, like scrambled eggs. Stir egg constantly until almost fully cooked, then fold into rice mixture. season with more salt and pepper to taste.
