Directions:
Add a little oil to the pan. Then, add in the alphabet pasta, garlic and onion. Fry until golden brown.
Add in 2 cans of tomato sauce and fry for one minute. Then, add 10 cups of water, garlic salt, chicken and tomato bouillon. Mix, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Make sure it’s boiling and then start the timer.
Meanwhile, heat up the tortillas in the microwave for 1 minute. Then, separate them immediately.
Stuff them with Mozarella, Queso Fresco and Chiles en Vinagre. Roll them up and fry until golden brown on all sides. Make sure to add 2 toothpicks to prevent oil from burning.
Serve sopita in a bowl and add taquitos. Top it off with crema mexicana and queso cotija.
