For the Green Chile Sauce:

1 lb ground beef (lean)

2-3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1-2 cups roasted green chiles, diced (amount to your liking)

2 cups chicken broth

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Garlic powder to taste

1 onion, diced

For the Burritos:

4 large flour tortillas, warmed

2 cups refried beans (homemade or canned)

2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)

1/2 cup diced onion

Additional cheese for topping
