2 cups chicken broth
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1 onion, diced

4 large flour tortillas, warmed
2 cups refried beans (homemade or canned)
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
1/2 cup diced onion
