Ingredients (Serves 4-6)
For the Steak and Shrimp:

1 lb (450g) flank or sirloin steak

Salt and pepper to taste
Shrimp:
1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil

For the Tacos:
12 small corn tortillas
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper (red or green), thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking onions and peppers)
For Garnish:
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Lime wedges
