Crispy steak and guacamole

Ingredients (Serves 4-6)

For the Crispy Steak:

1.5 lbs (680g) sirloin or flank steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Guacamole:

3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

1 small red onion, finely diced

2 Roma tomatoes, diced

1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced (optional for heat)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tbsp lime juice (about 1 lime)

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt to taste

For Serving:

Tortilla chips (store-bought or homemade)
