Ingredients

For the Jerk Chicken Wings

3 lbs chicken wings

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Jerk Marinade

4 green onions

1 small onion

3 garlic cloves

2 Scotch bonnet peppers (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp fresh thyme

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp allspice

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp oil

White Rice

2 cups long-grain rice

4 cups water

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp butter

Baked Mac & Cheese

2 cups elbow macaroni

3 tbsp butter

3 tbsp flour

2½ cups milk

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup Monterey Jack cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Southern Fried Cabbage

1 medium cabbage, chopped

1 smoked sausage, sliced

4 slices bacon, chopped

1 onion, sliced

1 bell pepper, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste
