Ingredients:

Pizza Dough

4 cups (500g) bread flour

1½ cups warm water

2¼ tsp active dry yeast

1 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp olive oil

1½ tsp salt

Stuffed Crust

12 mozzarella string cheese sticks (or 16 oz mozzarella cut into strips)

Pizza Sauce

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp oregano

½ tsp basil

½ tsp sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

Grilled Chicken

2 chicken breasts, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings

24–30 pepperoni slices

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup provolone cheese

¼ cup Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Garlic Butter Crust

3 tbsp melted butter

1 garlic clove, minced

½ tsp parsley
